Spring is Here!

I'm so excited that the temps are finally indicating what time of year it is...Spring! We've enjoyed some outdoor fun the last couple of days! We look forward to much more outdoor time as this is one of Landon's favorite places to be! Yesterday we went to the park and today we spent some time in the backyard!

Obviously we have some more teaching to do on how to slide!

I've read several blogs lately about other kiddos and bubbles. I was feeling like my child was being left out so we brought out some to play with today. Landon was a little impressed, but not as much as I thought he would be!

You should always wash up after a hard day of playing outside!

Exactly 100 days from now we will meet our newest family member. (I know the countdown says 111 but I'm counting from our scheduled c-section date). It sounds so close and so far away at the same time! We can't wait!! One month after Reid arrives, the Thompsons will be here and we are so excited to spend some good quality time with them! We miss them LOTS! On a less exciting note, I'm on my 3rd cold/virus this pregnancy! I don't think I've had that many in the last 3 years! What's the deal?

Tinkle Tinkle Little Star...

Landon used his potty today for the first time!!! Every now and then we will sit him on it just so he can start understanding its purpose. But this morning he actually tinkled in it! Of course Aaron and I went crazy so hopefully we didn't scare him from wanting to do it again! :) We know we have a ways to go with potty training, but maybe this will be the beginning of something! Here are the words to Landon's new potty song. It was actually written by my sis, Lauren, so I won't take the credit! :)

Double Trouble

A few weeks ago, while on a trip to Babies-R-Us, Aaron and I found a double stroller on sale and thought we would go ahead and purchase it for our two little boys! We were so excited to be able to test drive it today with Landon and Max. Max is a sweet little guy who comes to our house a couple of days a week. We took the boys to the park and enjoyed a little stroll around the neighborhood. You know people have to be wondering when they see these two little ones in the stroller and then another one on the way! On a side note, if you look closely at Landon's forehead you will see evidence of his most recent incident. Poor baby tripped over something on the floor and hit his forehead right on the corner of the coffee table! I don't know who cried more....Landon or Mommy!

Baby Botox

Our poor little guy took a nose dive on the floor yesterday and gave himself a fat lip. He ended up cutting the inside of his upper lip pretty good! We're not exactly sure how it happened as neither Aaron or I actually witnessed it, but as best as we can tell, he was just standing there and tripped over his foot or shoe trying to take one step. Sometimes I feel like my poor child is just a walking accident! Poor Baby!
